Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to coaching, classes, packages and court bookings purchased from Nolet Squash Training Co L.L.C, trading as Nolet Squash Academy.

01 / Cancellation and rescheduling

Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled class, private lesson or court booking to cancel or request rescheduling without losing the session. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed sessions normally count as used.

02 / Packages and monthly junior plans

A package can be refunded in full before the first session if cancellation is received at least 24 hours before that session. Once a package has started, unused sessions normally remain as credit within the package’s agreed validity rather than a cash refund. Medical exceptions may be considered individually.

Monthly junior plans cover one month and are purchased once, without automatic renewal. Makeup sessions must be agreed with the academy in advance and are subject to availability. Any other package validity will be stated at purchase or agreed before the first session.

03 / When the academy cancels

If we cancel a session or court booking, you may choose an available replacement, credit, or a refund for the affected service. If a service cannot be provided as agreed, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.

04 / Refund requests

Email info@noletsquash.com or contact +971 58 550 0971 with your name, booking or order reference, and the relevant session date. We will review the request and confirm the outcome and expected processing time. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.

05 / Your rights

This policy does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable UAE consumer protection law. The policy presented at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
