Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to Nolet Squash Academy’s website and coaching, class, package and court booking services, operated by Nolet Squash Training Co L.L.C in Dubai, UAE. Please read them before purchasing or booking.
01 / Bookings and payment
Bookings are subject to availability and academy confirmation. Please provide accurate contact and player details. Prices, session duration and package inclusions are shown on the relevant product page or confirmed before purchase. Pay using an available payment method. After buying a coaching package, contact the academy to arrange your schedule.
02 / Packages and attendance
Monthly junior plans cover one month and do not renew automatically. Other package validity and any specific conditions will be stated at purchase or agreed before the first session. Arrive on time; late arrival may reduce playing time so the next booking can start on schedule.
03 / Cancellations and refunds
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the 24-hour notice period, missed sessions, package refunds and academy cancellations. Any arrangements for makeup sessions must be agreed in advance.
04 / Junior players
A parent or guardian must approve a junior player’s registration and bookings, provide emergency contact details, and arrange appropriate drop-off and collection with the academy.
05 / Court conduct and safety
Follow coach instructions, venue rules and safety guidance. Wear suitable sports clothing and non-marking court shoes, and use protective equipment required by the coach or venue. Tell your coach about relevant limitations that affect safe participation. Stop playing and inform staff if you feel unwell or injured. Unsafe or abusive conduct may result in a session being stopped.
06 / Changes to services
Coach, venue or schedule changes may occasionally be necessary. We will contact affected customers and discuss alternatives. If we cancel a booked service, the options in our Refund & Cancellation Policy apply.
07 / Website and privacy
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation. Academy content and branding may not be reused commercially without permission. External services and linked websites have their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
08 / Applicable law and customer rights
These terms are subject to applicable UAE law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The terms presented at the time of purchase apply to that purchase; later updates apply to future purchases.
